Job Title: Floor Associate
Location: Various locations nationwide (coastal areas)
Position Overview: We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Floor Associates. As a Floor Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers by maintaining a clean, organized, and safe sales floor environment. You will have the opportunity to interact with customers, assist with inquiries, and contribute to the overall success of our store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and free of debris
- Restock merchandise and ensure products are neatly displayed
- Assist customers with locating products and provide friendly, helpful service
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management of any shortages or discrepancies
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and objectives
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
